Gurin of Realty Executives closes 5,000 s/f warehouse transaction

Steve Gurin of Realty Executives closed on a recent Long Island property. Realty Executives handled both sides of the transaction. The 5,000 s/f warehouse is located on a 15,000 s/f lot.The new owners are plumbing contractors.
