Guarino of Friedman Roth handles $1.225 million sale

Bronx, NY Richard Guarino, a partner at Friedman Roth Realty Services, has arranged the $1.225 million sale of 1280 Oak Point Blvd., a 5,000 s/f one-story commercial building in Hunts Point.

Guarino represented the buyer and seller.

F&F Supply purchased this neighboring property to expand their business! Gary Jacobs, CEO of F&F Supply, plans to build a 15,000 s/f building to accommodate the always growing and to expand its 77 year old, 4th generation family-run business. F&F Supply has its headquarters located next door at 1260 Oak Point Blvd.
