ERG Property Advisors completed the sale of 2000 Grand Concourse for $1.14 million. Richard Guarino, a managing director and founding partner of ERG brokered the transaction. The property, which consists of 16 residential units in a five-story walk-up building on an 89' x 46' lot, is located in the Mount Hope section.
