GSH Group to begin energy services contract for Diamond Properties portfolio

GSH Group, Inc., a multi-national facilities and energy management provider throughout the U.S., Europe and India, has been awarded a contract with Diamond Properties for provision of energy management and HVAC services. The contract includes over a dozen properties located throughout the county totaling 1.3 million s/f. GSH's energy management service will include real time energy monitoring, site inspections, identification of energy conservation measures, and reporting. GSH has a dedicated energy management division with a team of experts, which includes certified energy managers, energy analysts and energy technicians. GSH will be Diamond Properties' single source for all HVAC reactive calls, day and night. Dispatched through GSH's 24/7 in-house call center, GSH has a team of licensed HVAC journeymen on standby to satisfy these requirements. This contract award for a 14-building portfolio originates from two pre-existing energy management contracts GSH has with Diamond Properties in Stamford, Connecticut and Mount Kisco (which received the prestigious Energy Star Award).
