G.S. Wilcox & Co. arranges $7.2 million in financing for Morristown Apartments

Morristown, NJ G.S. Wilcox & Co. has completed $7.2 million in financing for a 4-building, 37-unit apartment community. The financing, arranged by Wesley Wilcox, partner, Al Raymond, principal, and William Gallagher, associate producer, was secured on a 7-year term with 20-year amortization. The loan was funded by one of the firm’s correspondent life insurance company relationships. 

This property includes well-designed buildings with quick access to local and regional amenities. NJ Transit’s Morristown Station is within a 5-minute walk and access to I-287 is within a 2-minute drive. Numerous Morristown employers are also within walking distance including Deloitte and Sanofi at the recently completed M Station. 

“This asset’s location represents one of the best in downtown Morristown. It was a pleasure working with both the borrower’s and lender’s team to close the transaction,” said Wilcox.
