G.S. Wilcox & Co. arranges $20 million in financing for multi-family project in Hatboro, PA

 

 

Hatboro, PA G.S. Wilcox & Co. completed $20 million in permanent financing for a 102-unit apartment project. The financing, which featured a forward commitment at an attractive rate, was arranged by Gretchen Wilcox, president and founder, and Bridget Wilcox, partner, through a correspondent life insurance company of the firm.

The newly built apartment community consists of studio, one-, and two-bedroom units and offers access to the SEPTA Regional Rail at local station. The property also offers an amenity package to include a fitness center, Bark Park, private tasting room, as well as 4,732 s/f of ground-floor retail space.

“We are pleased to see the completion of this transaction on behalf of our long-term repeat client. We were able to lock in a very attractive long-term rate while the project was still under construction through a six-month forward commitment, with funding occurring upon receipt of the TCO,” said Bridget Wilcox.
