Grout Shield seals two national TV spots

NORTH BAY SHORE, NY According to Grout Shield president and developer Michael Stracuzza, he has sealed back-to-back appearances on two national televised broadcasts this summer. Michael will appear on the Home Shopping Network (HSN) on Tuesday, August 2 at 7 a.m.; then on the DIY Network on Wednesday, August 3 at 9:30 p.m. Stracuzza will demonstrate how to restore any tile floor or wall back to a clean, uniform look with greater stain resistance by using one low cost Grout Shield Kit. The DIY Network invited Stracuzza to partake in its "Hollywood Hi-Tech" segment, which will feature CBS' Rules of Engagement star Patrick Warburton. "Instead of ripping up the tile floors in Patrick Warburton's pool house, I come in and color it with Grout Shield," Michael said. "I will be demonstrating the process of Grout Shield's color sealant product." Stracuzza is also excited to display Grout Shield's professional quality for the millions of HSN viewers. As Grout Shield continues to build its path as a leader in home repair, Stracuzza is ready to take on the next challenge to find the "worst kitchen or bathroom in the U.S." and transform it to look like new. "I am seeking to do the worst kitchen or tile/grout bathroom makeover in the United States," Stracuzza said. "I want to show the public how you can completely change the look of your kitchens or bathrooms for under $50." Since 1996, Grout Shield has been providing customers with professional results. Grout Shield is a less expensive alternative to major home renovations. Stracuzza developed the idea for this product, which comes in different colors, including custom colors. Grout Shield can also be applied to existing grout, allowing homeowners to change the grout color and appearance of their tile floors, walls, counter tops and back splashes.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
