Groom Construction completed construction and project management of Panera Bread's new flagship 6,000 s/f at 7th and H Sts. NW in Chinatown. Despite the challenges of working in the Arch Sq. redevelopment location in a 22,600 s/f building that was simultaneously undergoing rehab, Groom completed the project under budget and within Panera's 10-week schedule. Upon completion Groom was awarded an additional ground-up store project.
