Greiner-Maltz awarded 7 building portfolio

Greiner-Maltz has been awarded a 7 building portfolio, totaling 190,000 s/f, situated in Farmingdale and Plainview, near Rte. 110 and the Long Island Expressway. These properties, which are substantially fully-leased, contain a variety of retail and warehousing tenants.  The current projected income of over $2 million can be significantly enhanced when a portion of the current leases expire.  The package is being offered at a significant discount to the individual property values.
