Greenburger of Time Equities purchases 28,137 s/f site for
Time Equities Inc. (TEI) has purchased a 28,137 s/f land parcel located at 221-223 Greifswalder Strasse for €1.3 million. Potential plans for the site include the development of a 45,192 s/f residential building.
Time Equities CEO and chairman Francis Greenburger purchased the land from a private German seller.
The parcel is located on Greif-swalder Strasse, which is one of the three major streets located in the Prenzlauer Berg district.
