Greenberg of Adams & Co. brokers 5,000 s/f lease for Nazmiyal, Inc.

Adams & Co. Real Estate brokered a five-year, 5,000 s/f lease at 31 E. 32nd St. for Nazmiyal Inc., one of the premier antique rug dealers in the country. The full-floor space will be renovated to serve as the company's gallery. Nazmiyal Inc. offers a comprehensive selection of both antique and modern Oriental and Persian rugs. Additional services include repair, restoration, appraisals and resale of carpets. Michael Greenberg of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while Mathew Kiamie of Kiamie East 32 St Inc. represented the landlord. Though details of the lease were undisclosed, the asking price was $35 per s/f. Built in 1913, the 12-story Midtown building has concierge service and 24/7 building access.
