Gottlieb of Schuckman Realty brokers 20,100 s/f

Edward Gottlieb of Schuckman Realty Inc. negotiated a long-term lease for Bridgehampton National Bank (BNB), a 5,100 s/f new branch on the main floor of Hauppauge Office Park, 898 Veterans Memorial Hwy., with an expected opening in the fall. In addition, BNB has also leased 15,000 s/f on the 5th floor of the same building as their new Western Hub Office. Schuckman Realty represented tenant, Bridgehampton National Bank. The landlord, Hauppauge Office Park Associates, LLC., was represented by David Moll and Bill Wilkes of Equity Development Consulting. BNB was established in 1910; this branch is their 22nd. BNB has also recently opened a branch at 4155 Veterans Memorial Hwy. in Ronkonkoma, near the Long Island MacArthur Airport, Schuckman Realty handled this lease as well.
