Gorjian of Namdar Realty Group completes purchase of the Imperial Mall

Hastings, NE Joel Gorjian and Namdar Realty Group purchase the Imperial Mall. Imperial Mall is directly across the Hastings Municipal airport. The mall includes national tenants such as Kmart and Herbergers, all on short term leases. The group intends on stabilizing the mall within the coming year, by placing regional and national tenants in the mall.
