Joel Gorjian, Namdar Realty Group has acquired Center Of Sheffield, a 200,000 s/f shopping center. The shopping center consists of a multitude of national and regional tenants - Apple's Market, Marc's, H&R Block, and others. "The deal was a no-brainer for us, with a tremendous amount of upside through a 30% vacancy. In addition to that, all the regional and national tenants have phenomenal sales at the center," said Gorjian, who led Namdar Realty Group on the transaction.
