Gorjian of Namdar Realty acquires 200,000 s/f Center Of Sheffield

Joel Gorjian, Namdar Realty Group has acquired Center Of Sheffield, a 200,000 s/f shopping center. The shopping center consists of a multitude of national and regional tenants - Apple's Market, Marc's, H&R Block, and others. "The deal was a no-brainer for us, with a tremendous amount of upside through a 30% vacancy. In addition to that, all the regional and national tenants have phenomenal sales at the center," said Gorjian, who led Namdar Realty Group on the transaction. Namdar's portfolio consists of 16 million s/f of commercial real estate nationwide.
