Gordon and Helbling of Breslin Realty negotiate 10-year lease for Verizon

According to Kenneth Breslin, president of Breslin Realty, Inc., his office recently completed negotiations for a 10-year lease. The lease was signed by an authorized Verizon Wireless dealer in the Islip Terrace Shopping Center. The Verizon dealer leased 1,000 s/f in the newly constructed center. The strip center consists of 35,000 s/f including a CVS, Bagel Store, Liquor Store, and a Nail Salon. The franchise currently owns and operates 23 other Verizon Wireless locations thoughout Florida and New York. The total aggregate rent of the transaction was $2 million. Verizon Wireless was represented by Amanda Gordon and Russ Helbling of Breslin Realty, Inc. Additionally, Gordon represented Verizon Wireless in a long term lease transaction in Suffolk Plaza in East Setauket, N.Y. The shopping center consists of 84,000 s/f and includes Waldbaums, Gamestop, Hallmark, Chase Bank, Cactus Salon, and GNC.
