Gordon and Czarniak of Sabre Real Estate Group arrange 1,647 s/f lease at Plainedge Plaza

Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, the metropolitan area's newest retail brokerage, has arranged a lease for Laundry Palace at the Plainedge Plaza shopping center. The multi-unit laundromat operator leased 1,647 s/f at 3988 Hempstead Tpke. The space formerly housed Quick Laundry. Plainedge Plaza is a 66,025 s/f neighborhood shopping center owned by Stop & Shop Supermarket Co. Other tenants in the center include A.C. Moore, Boston Market, Emigrant Savings Bank and Rite Aid. Amanda Gordon, a senior associate at Sabre, and Edward Czarniak, an associate at the firm, represented Stop & Shop. Founded by Kenneth Breslin and Jayson Siano, experienced retail real estate professionals, Sabre Real Estate Group is a full-service retail real estate brokerage company focused on tenant and owner representation. Sabre also offers retail, restaurant and franchise consultation services, investment sales and property management.
