Gonzalez joins Forchelli Deegan Terrana as land use & zoning associate

Uniondale, NY Taylor Gonzalez has joined Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP ’s land use & zoning practice group as an associate.

Gonzalez has experience in all aspects of real estate development, including commercial real estate transactions; zoning & land use, municipal and property law; and commercial litigation.

Kathleen Deegan Dickson, a partner and co-chair of the firm’s land use & zoning practice group said, “Taylor is a well-respected land use and zoning attorney who has experience conducting public hearings before municipal boards. With a degree in Environmental Resource Management, Taylor’s academic credentials will be a valuable asset to many of the firm’s complementary practice areas.”

Gonzalez earned her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and her B.S. from Pennsylvania State University at University Park.
