Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt sells 21,000 s/f building

Yorktown Heights, NY Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner at Goldschmidt & Associates has brokered the sale of 3805 Crompond Rd., a 21,000 s/f building on 2.8 acres for close to an asking price of $1.5 million.

The property was sold to a New Jersey KIA dealer and it is believed that the property will be used for a new KIA dealership.

Goldschmidt & Associates represented the seller, members of the Curry family, and was the sole broker in the deal.

Situated on NYS Rte. 202 and with 200 ft. of frontage, the property was ideal for a new car dealer.
