Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt Assoc. acts for landlord in 14,000 s/f lease; Cardone of Keller Williams Realty reps tenant

Mamaroneck, NY Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner at Goldschmidt & Associates has co-brokered a 10 year lease at the 14,000 s/f industrial building at 521 Waverly Ave.

The tenant, specializing in the granite and stone business, was represented by Sarah Cardone of Keller Williams Realty.

The building was the former home to Plaza Sweets fo over 30 years.  The business closed on December 31, 2017.  There was tremendous activity on this property which has access to both Center and Waverly Aves. A lease was executed within 90 days of the building becoming available.
