Manhattan, NY Two Manhattan hotels represented by Brown Harris Stevens commercial agents John Goldman and Paul Holm have sold to the global non-profit AIDS Healthcare Foundation.
Hotel Caribe at 515 West 145th St., owned by Crosstown Hotel Inc., and Hamilton Heights Casablanca Hotel at 511 West 145th St., owned by Hamilton Heights Enterprises, LLC each sold for $8.455 million, for a combined total of $ $16.91 million. Oxford Properties represented the AIDS Healthcare Foundation.
“We are very pleased that the sale of both hotels went smoothly, and that the AIDS Healthcare Foundation can now utilize these spaces to continue their important work,” said Goldman.
The hotels were on the market for approximately six months.

With over 60% of New York City’s rental housing stock classified as rent-stabilized, the traditional value-add model — buying under-performing buildings,
