Gochman joins Transwestern's northeast region as a senior leader

Transwestern's Northeast region has added Michael Gochman as a senior leader in the firm's regional headquarters, based in New York City. A veteran of the commercial real estate industry with over 25 years of experience, Gochman held senior executive positions with The Rockefeller Group, Trump Organization, CBRE and TechSpace, Inc. He founded and held the position of president & CEO of Gochman Group since 2002. Gochman's experience covers many aspects of the commercial real estate industry, including tenant and landlord representation for both office and retail clients, investment services, real estate development, asset management, project management and structured finance. Patrick Robinson, president of Transwestern's Northeast region said, "We are delighted to have Mike join our Northeast regional team.
