Buckingham Properties arranged the signing of Rainbow Apparel to lease 8,640 s/f at Lyell Shopping Center. The 62,810 s/f retail plaza is located at 1320-1370 Lyell Ave. at Mt. Read Blvd. The clothing and accessories store is set to open this summer, and brings the plaza to full capacity.
