Giscombe Realty hires Drakeford as a commercial real estate broker
Giscombe Realty Group LLC has hired Holley Drakeford as a commercial real estate broker. He previously worked for Ardor Realty. Drakeford also served as a real estate consultant where he helped purchase, manage and renovate company-owned warehouse/office spaces and other properties in N.Y.C. and Miami for DK Management Company of New York. He also managed major pollution control projects for steel and coal factories in China as a liaison with U.S. engineering companies.
For many years before going into real estate, Drakeford served as director of operations for PC Ware International, a technology company in Farmingdale, L.I. from 1992-2004.
He has a bachelor of arts degree in History and Sociology from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.
He is also a member of the New York Real Estate Institute where he earned his real estate license and certification in both construction management and property management.
