Gilbert of Gilco brokers two leases in the Bronx

Bronx NY Gilco Realty LLC brokered two deals. The first deal was the 20,000 s/f lease of 1049 Zerega Ave. Gilco Realty brokered the 10-year lease between J&R Bronx Realty (landlord) and Colony Hardware Corp. (tenant). The tenant will occupy the entire building. Michael Gilbert of Gilco represented the landlord and tenant. The second deal was a lease1700 Southern Blvd. After brokering the sale of the property to the Parkside Bronx Realty LLC (landlord), Gilco arranged a seven-year lease with Tonnie's Minis Bronx LLC (tenant) for the space. The tenant will occupy the space as a bakery specializing in cupcakes. Gilbert represented the landlord.
