GHP Office Realty appoints McEvoy as a leasing associate and Hickey as a property administrator
GHP Office Realty has hired Meghan McEvoy, daughter of James Houlihan, as a leasing associate and Brendan Hickey as a property administrator.
McEvoy is part of the fifth generation of Houlihans to join the multi-faceted real estate business founded by their great-great-grandfather in 1891. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the human resource department at Robert A.M. Stearn Architects, LLP. She graduated in 2010 from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Conn. with a bachelor of arts in Communication.
Hickey's responsibilities include being the liaison between the tenants and building engineers, ensuring all tenant requests have been properly completed. More recently, he has taken on additional responsibilities as a leasing associate, which includes assisting the leasing department with new tenants and renewing existing tenants and further maintaining the database of available space for GHP. He graduated from Fordham University in 2010 for Business Administration, concentrations in Marketing and Finance.
