GHP handles six leases totaling 29,147 s/f at 30 & 40 Ramland Road; Includes a 6,700 s/f to Kataput, LLC brokered by Schwartz

GHP Office Realty has completed six leases totaling 30,000 s/f at two of its buildings 30 and 40 Ramland Rd. The buildings are currently 88% leased. The largest of the leases was Katapult, LLC for 6,700 s/f at 30 Ramland Rd. William Pastuszak of Resource Realty represented the tenant and Jamie Schwartz, executive VP of GHP represented the owner. Also at 30 Ramland Rd., Schwartz represented the owner in the following transactions: Greenwald and Doherty LLP leased 5,100 s/f; Theg, Inc. signed a five-year lease for 3,367 s/f of office space; long time tenant Davidson & Grannum LLP extended their term on their 4,827 s/f headquarters; and another long time tenant, Impulse Dynamics relocated to 4,513 s/f and renewed at the building. At 40 Ramland Rd., Radiancy Inc. expanded its headquarters space to 4,640 s/f. The deal was negotiated by Andrew Greenspan, principal of GHP. GHP Office Realty is the office building division of Houlihan-Parnes Realtors, LLC which is presently one of the New York area's leading owners, operators and purchasers of suburban class A office space. GHP Office Realty has acquired, financed, redeveloped, leased and managed more than 3.5 million s/f. Regionally, the partners presently own and manage buildings in Westchester County, Fairfield County, Rockland County and in Bergen County and Princeton, New Jersey.
