GHP completes two leases totaling 16,308 s/f

GHP Office Realty, LLC has signed a two new leases totaling 16,308 s/f ( a 10,098 s/f lease and renewed a 6,210 s/f lease) at 218 Rte. 17 North, a 95,000 s/f, class A building located off of Rte. 17 in the Paramus submarket. A new 10-year deal was signed with Park 17 Office Suites, LLC. The lease is for 10,098 s/f on the fourth floor of the building. The tenant was represented by Brad Thoubboron of MRH Real Estate, LLC. The owner was represented by Andrew Greenspan, Principal of GHP and Jamie Schwartz, executive VP of GHP. GHP also renewed Servicio Uniteller in 6,210 s/f on the fourth floor of the building for five years. The owner was represented by Jamie Schwartz and Uniteller was represented in house by Ron Schwartzman, its COO. Schwartz said, "Activity at 218 Rte. 17 North has been improving. Our capital improvements to the common areas of the building, which included new carpeting and tile, wall covering and painting, have proven successful in increasing interest in the building by prospective tenants. We also resealed and re-striped the parking lots and repaired the garage where we have free covered parking." There are beautiful units available ranging from 1,600 s/f up to 24,000 s/f.
