GFP Real Estate signs three tenants at 630 Ninth Ave. totaling 5,492 s/f

Manhattan, NY GFP Real Estate, LLC signed three leases at 630 Ninth Ave., also known as The Film Center Building, totaling 5,422 s/f.

Zoic Studios, a visual effects company with offices in Los Angeles, New York and Vancouver, signed a three-year lease extension for its existing 3,352 s/f multipurpose space on the seventh floor. A tenant since 2016, Zoic’s loft features a 4K screening room and client suites for color and finishing services as well as visual effects. Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, and the tenant, Zoic, Inc., in the transaction.

JCM Travel & Marketing, Inc. d.b.a. The Accomplished Traveler, a lifestyle travel concierge company and member of the invitation-only luxury travel network Virtuoso, signed a new five-year lease for 1,982 s/f on the sixth floor. Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, in the transaction; Elissa Patterson of EJMB Commercial represented the tenant. 

Shel-Mar Management Corp., d.b.a. Professional Artists Agency, a talent agencyr, signed a five-year lease extension for its existing 1,858 s/f offices on the second floor of the building.  Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate, and the tenant, Shel-Mar Management Corp., in the transaction. The company first moved into the building in 2018.
