Gevinski of Massey Knakal sells mixed-use building for $770,000

A mixed-use building at 3397 Fulton St., located on the corner of Fulton St. and Autumn Ave. in the East New York neighborhood, was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $770,000. The three-story walk-up building is 4,575 s/f and sits on a 20.33' x 100' lot. The building consists of four two-bedroom apartments, a small office space and a commercial space. There are also three garages. The sale price equates to $168 per s/f. "Due to Massey Knakal's marketing capabilities, we were able to find a buyer outside the New York Metro area and achieve a maximum sale price for the seller," said Massey Knakal director of sales Edward Gevinski who exclusively handled this transaction.
