Gersten and Glick of Metro Realty handle sale of 7,250 s/f
Joel Gersten and Mort Glick of Metro Realty Services, LLC handled the sale of the 7,250 s/f former regional headquarters building of Wachovia Securities at 5330 Merrick Rd. to Massapequa Pet Vet, Animal Medicine & Surgery Veterinarians.
Metro represented both the buyer and seller.
