GeoData Plus offers Nassau Pro Package

GeoData Plus is now offering a new package including s/f per floor, rent rolls, special building features, and external improvements for the 40,000 commercial properties in Nassau County. These properties are home to thousands of residential complexes, office buildings, and retail stores. "There's over 250 million s/f of commercial space in Nassau County," said Erik Wind, president of GeoData Plus. This commercial property data is part of a new bundle GeoData is calling the Nassau Pro Package. The Pro Package includes access to the abundance of commercial properties in addition to Nassau County zoning data and maps.
