Genesis Real Estate negotiates 9,000 s/f lease

Bellport, NY Genesis Real Estate advisors negotiated the 9,000 s/f lease of a new Family Dollar. Bellport Plaza, located at 1705 Montauk Hwy., was sold by Chris Nicholson in 2015, to AD Real Estate with a proposal in place for Family Dollar.
“The center needed to be embraced and renovated by someone such as the AD Real Estate. Genesis, having the interest of Family Dollar prior to the sale made the center very attractive in creating a much higher value and was a win for everyone–the town, Family Dollar and new landlords,” said Nicholson, president of Genesis.
