Genesis Real Estate Advisors arranges 22,400 s/f in leases

Syosset, NY According to Genesis Real Estate Advisors, Inc. president, Christopher Nicholson, the firm has been busy.

On March 29-th, a grand opening was held for Pizza Rev, who Genesis Real Estate Advisors represented in their 2,400 s/f lease.

“We have been working on opportunities for 24 months and to finally see the restaurant opened is exciting news for us. We have three other under construction including Valley Stream (Green Acres Mall), Deer Park (Tanger Outlets), Hauppague on Motor Pwy.,” said Nicholson. 

Genesis also represented the landlord for new construction of 10,000 s/f on Broadhollow Rd., Farmingdale. Tenants include: Anthonys Coal Fire Pizza (represented by Sabre Real Estate), Dunkin Donuts (represented by Sabre Real Estate), Verizon Wireless and two unidentified remaining tenants coming soon.

In Hauppague 10,000 s/f at 15 Power Dr., with Focus RX a pharmaceutical coming expanding from their existing location in Holbrook. 

They have also been active with industrial deals with selling 50 Gilpin Ave in Hauppague (representing the buyers) leasing 4195 Middle Country Rd., Calverton. This is a 160,000 s/f facility which we handle the leasing for the landlords.

Genesis has also been retained to consult for out of state Landlords that are seeking some advice on the local market and helping them better understand, Market conditions, spending trends, traffic, rental rates, ground lease terms, etc.  This is an exciting opportunity for Genesis that Landlords are looking to us for guidance in our market.
