GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing totaling $72.175 million for the following 15 deals: * $36.75 million for a portfolio of ten multifamily properties containing a total of 473 units and one commercial space, located throughout Upper Manhattan. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing. * $4.84 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 67 units, located on Sherman Ave., Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $4 million for a six-story apartment building containing 52 units, located on Elbertson St., Queens. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $3.6 million for a one-story taxpayer building comprised of 11,700 s/f, located on West Fordham Rd., Bronx. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $3.6 million for a six-story apartment building containing 49 apartments, located on Marion Ave., Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $3.5 million for a six-story apartment building containing 41 apartments on Ocean Ave., Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $3.25 million for a two-story commercial building comprised of 20,000 s/f, located on Warren St., Brooklyn. Classi arranged the financing. * $2.725 million for a six-story apartment building containing 33 units and 1,800 s/f of commercial space, located on East 5th St., Manhattan. Classi arranged the financing. * $2 million for a four-story elevator apartment building containing 35 units in East Orange, N.J. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $1.76 million for a five-story renovated apartment building containing 8 apartments, located on East 110th St., Manhattan. David Sessa, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. * $1.6 million for a five-story apartment building containing 16 apartments, located on Ocean Ave., Brooklyn. Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. * $1.3 million for a one-story retail shopping center comprised of 8,200 s/f in Holbrook. Classi arranged the financing. * $1.25 million for a four-story apartment building containing 8 apartments on East 37th St., Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $1 million for a five-story 18-unit apartment building in Yonkers.
