Brostovski arranged the financing. * $4 million for a six-story apartment building containing 52 units, located on Elbertson St., Queens. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $3.6 million for a one-story taxpayer building comprised of 11,700 s/f, located on West Fordham Rd., Bronx. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $3.6 million for a six-story apartment building containing 49 apartments, located on Marion Ave., Bronx.
