GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $51.55 million for the following properties: $8.4 million for 2 five-story elevator apartment buildings containing a total of 90 apartments, located on Davidson Ave. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing. $3.5 million for a five-story office building comprised of 64,680 s/f, located in Staten Island. Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing. $3.4 million for a five-story walk-up apartment building containing 44 apartments, located in New Rochelle. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $4.5 million for a three-story commercial building containing 20 units, located on Box St. in Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $3.6 million for a four-story walk-up apartment building containing 42 apartments, located on 88th St. in Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $2.8 million for a one-story retail building comprised of 13,600 s/f, located in Rego Park, Queens. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing. $2.55 million for a package of 16 unsold condo units in a converted nine-story elevator building, located on West 100th St. in Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP Capital Group, arranged the financing. $10 million for four contiguous six-story apartment buildings containing 153 units, located on Seaman Ave. in Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $9.98 million for the development of a 12-story mixed-use building with retail and offices on the first two floors and residential apartments on the remaining ten floors, located on Franklin St. in Brooklyn.
