GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the amount of $92.33 million for the following properties:
* $21 million for a 312-unit garden apartment complex, located in Holbrook. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP arranged the financing.
* $18.8 million for two retail condo units comprised of 17,900 s/f, located on Seventh Ave. Matthew Classi, managing member, and David Sessa, senior associate of arranged the financing.
* $8.78 million for a five-story apartment building containing 73 units, located on St. Nicholas Ave. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP arranged the financing.
* $8.4 million for two six-story apartment buildings containing a total of 91 units, located on East 179th St. in the Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
* $7.425 million for two five-story apartment buildings containing 90 units, located on Davidson Ave. in the Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
* $5.7 million for four contiguous five-story apartment buildings containing a total of 54 units and three stores, located on Audubon Ave. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP arranged the financing.
* $6.6 million for a six-story apartment building containing 96 units and three stores, located on Empire Blvd. in Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
* $6.3 million for a six-story apartment building containing 23 units with one store, located on East 18th St. Brostovski arranged the financing.
* $3.625 million for a five-story apartment building containing 45 units, located on Davidson Ave. in the Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing.
* $3.3 million for a two-story plus basement commercial building of 29,500 total s/f, located on Warren St. in Brooklyn. Classi arranged the financing.
* $2.4 million for a three-story mixed-use building comprised of 19,000 s/f, located on North 9th St. in Brooklyn. Judd Volk, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing.
