GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the aggregate amount of $95.02 million for the following properties: $4.7 million for two connected medical office facilities located on Yonkers Ave. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP arranged the financing. $4.1 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing a total of 66 units, located on 215th St. in NYC. Paul Greenbaum, principal of GCP arranged the financing. $4 million for four 2-story garden apartment buildings containing 78 units and 67 on-site parking spaces located on Davis Ave. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing. $2.5 million construction loan for a five-story walk-up apartment building containing 20 units, located on East 90th St. in NYC. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $2.2 million for a mixed-use building containing two restaurants, two offices and two residential units, located on Court St. in Brooklyn. Brostovski arranged the financing. $1.8 million for a four-story apartment building containing 12 units, located on West 22nd St. in NYC. Matthew Classi, principal of GCP arranged the financing. $13.7 million for a package of 5 six-story apartment buildings containing a total of 142 units and four stores, located throughout Manhattan. Matthew Albano, senior consultant at GCP arranged the financing. $11.1 million for a package of five multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 192 units and one store, located throughout Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing. $6.5 million for a 3.5 story walk-up apartment building containing five units, located on West 20th St. in Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing. $3.5 million for a six-story walk-up apartment building containing 38 units and two stores, located on Hudson St. in Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $1.6 million for a one-story commercial building comprised of 4,500 s/f, located in Jamaica, Queens. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $17 million for a portfolio of 4 six-story buildings and 3 four-story buildings containing a total of 165 units and four stores, located throughout NYC. Greenbaum arranged the financing. $10 million non-recourse mortgage, for the construction of a condominium building located on Greenwich St. in Tribeca.
