GCP Capital Group arranges four loans totaling $38.5 million

Garden City, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing totaling $38.5 million for the following four deals:

• $17 million for a three-level, 53,300 s/f commercial property in Garden City. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. 

• $9.5 million for a two-story multifamily apartment building containing 62 units in Long Beach. Classi arranged the financing.  

• $9 million blanket financing for four commercial/industrial buildings comprised of 177,200 total s/f in Hempstead, Islip Terrace, Manhasset and Westbury. Alan Perlmutter, managing member, and George Spanos, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. 

• $3 million for a one-story retail building comprised of 6,600 s/f in Bellmore. David Sessa, managing director of GCP, arranged the financing.
