GCP Capital arranges 13 mortgages totaling $111.5 million

GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing totaling $111.5 million for the following 13 deals: * $45.96 million for four, 16-story hi-rise elevator apartment buildings containing a total of 752 apartments with 9,220 s/f of commercial space, located in Paterson, N.J. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing. * $13.2 million for a three-story taxpayer building comprised of 9,850 s/f in Tarrytown; a two-story mixed-use building containing 11 offices and 8,848 s/f of ground floor retail space in Bronxville; and three commercial buildings containing three offices and 15,618 s/f of retail space in Mount Vernon. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $10 million for a three-story commercial building comprised of 40,500 s/f, located on West 125th St., Manhattan. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $6 million for two single-story commercial buildings comprised of 26,450 s/f in Brooklyn. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $5.99 million for a package of four retail properties located throughout L.I. containing five retail tenants with a total of 26,240 s/f. Classi arranged the financing. * $5.325 million for an apartment complex containing 22 two-story buildings with a total of 172 apartments in Niskayuna. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $4.9 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 43 units and 4,240 s/f of commercial space on St. Nicholas Ave., Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $4 million at 4.25% for a 15-year self liquidating loan on a portfolio of five multifamily residential buildings containing a total of 51 apartments and one office, located throughout Park Slope. Stephen Katz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. * $4.55 million for a two-story mixed-use building comprised of 18,050 s/f in Manhasset. Classi arranged the financing. * $3.825 million for a five-story walk-up apartment building containing 46 apartments and 3,680 s/f of retail space on West 174th St. in Manhattan. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $3.7 million for a six-story elevator apartment building containing 65 units and 3,767 s/f of commercial space on Grand Concourse in the Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $3 million for a six-story double elevator apartment building containing 70 apartments in Queens. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $1.05 million for a five-story residential apartment building containing 22 apartments on Southern Blvd. in the Bronx. Katz arranged the financing.
