New York, NY GATES Capital Corp.  has arranged and closed a $34.915 million in financing for the benefit of Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State (CP of NYS or the borrower). The borrower will use the proceeds of the 2017 bonds to finance and/or refinance various projects located in the city.
