Gartenstein retires from NCB after 28 years

After 28 years of service, National Cooperative Bank's (NCB) senior vice president Sheldon Gartenstein has retired from the bank. He celebrated his retirement with his wife, Susan Klinger, as well as NCB employees and real estate attorneys at a retirement dinner at Valbella Downtown. He has made many contributions to the bank and the industry during his tenure.
