Gardaphe of iCap Realty receives CMB designation

Paul Gardaphe, president & COO of iCap Realty Advisors, recently achieved the Certified Mortgage Banker designation (CMB) awarded by the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). With only 1,000 individuals currently holding CMB designations, it is one of the highest professional designations for the real estate finance industry. In addition to holding his CMB, Gardaphe received his CCIM designation in 2006 and has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. As president of iCap, Gardaphe is responsible for overseeing iCap's corporate operations.
