Gallucci joins Sabre as senior associate

Mark Gallucci, a broker with knowledge of the Queens retail market, has joined the roster of brokers at Sabre Real Estate Group LLC as a senior associate. Prior to Sabre, he was director of retail leasing in the Forest Hills office of Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services, focusing since 2012 on landlord representation spearheading the leasing efforts for over 100,000 s/f across Queens's neighborhoods. Gallucci, a second-generation real estate executive, previously was a senior leasing associate at NewMark Merrill Cos., a Los Angeles-based shopping center developer, where he handled leasing responsibilities for 15 shopping centers encompassing more than 1.5 million s/f. He negotiated leases with national tenants such as Sketchers, Dollar Tree, Subway, Verizon, 7- Eleven, Sprint and GNC. He began his career in retail real estate as an intern with the Baltimore-based shopping center developer The Cordish Co. "Mark's extensive knowledge of retail leasing and his strong relationships in the Queens real estate community will allow us to continue to expand our already strong client base into Queens," said Jayson Siano, managing principal of Sabre. Gallucci is a 2006 graduate of Towson University in Maryland, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and played on the football team. He resides in New Hyde Park. He is a member of ICSC and The Retail Network.
