Handler Real Estate Org. has arranged a seven-year, 3,420 s/f lease at 226 West 37th St., with The Winthrop Group taking the entire 17th floor.
"Winthrop is an elite company that documents historical information for a cadre of organizations," said Scott Galin, a principal with Handler, who along with senior managing director Peter Simel represented the tenant. "It was important to Winthrop that they remain in the Fashion District, a neighborhood with a great creative atmosphere, and where they can house their entire staff on one floor, in high-end, well-located space."

Located between Seventh and Eighth Aves., 226 West 37th St. is a 16-story, 78,000 s/f office building with convenient access to numerous subway and bus lines, as well as both Penn Station and the Port Authority Bus Terminal.
