G.S. Wilcox & Co. secures $13.25 million through ING Life Insurance
G.S. Wilcox & Co. has arranged $13,250,000 in financing through ING Life Insurance & Annuity Co. The 10 year loan is secured by a 100% leased, class A shopping center. The 330,000 s/f center is anchored by Wal-Mart and Sam's Club, both of which are on long-term ground leases through January 2028.
The borrowing entity is a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Realty & Development Corp., one of the northeast's leading real estate development and management firms with a portfolio of over 140 projects totaling over 22 million s/f in 14 states.
G.S. Wilcox & Co., founded in 1994, is a full service mortgage banking firm which originates, underwrites, and services commercial real estate mortgage loans. Located in Morristown, N.J. the firm currently has access to over 200 lending institutions and services $1.1 billion in commercial real estate loans.
