Fuoco completes two mergers in Long Island and Miami

Fuoco Group has completed two mergers, both effective January 1st, expanding its current operations in both L.I. and in Miami: * Weisman & Co. - L.I. * Mullen, Howard, Hammatt & Co - Miami, Fla. Weisman & Co. has merged its operations into Fuoco Group's office located at 200 Parkway Dr. South, Ste. 302, and adds one new partner and five employees to its operations. Mullen, Howard, Hammatt & Co. has merged its operations into Fuoco Group's Miami office now located at 7900 Red Rd., Ste. 26 South Miami, Fla. and adds one new partner and four employees to its operations. Lou Fuoco, managing partner of Fuoco Group, said, "These mergers are but a small part of Fuoco Group's overall expansion strategy. When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
