Funiciello of JF Real Estate handles lease for Nickels Energy
Liverpool, NY Matt Funiciello of JF Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate company, represented the landlord and completed a lease on behalf of Nickels Energy.
The tenant leased office space at 7485 Morgan Rd. Powers Accounting is the landlord. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Nickels Energy Solutions, LLC., is fully committed to bringing solar energy solutions to homeowners and business owners in New York state. Their mission is to educate consumers on the environmental and financial benefits of solar energy on their property and provide high quality solar installations.
