Syracuse, NY According to Matt Funiciello, real estate sales person with JF Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, the Law Office of José Perez purchased a 6,376 s/f medical/office building for $50,000.
The subject property is located at 659 West Onondaga. Funiciello represented the purchaser and Richard Morose of Syracuse Realty Group represented the seller, Triana Acquisitions.
