Fu of Eastern Consolidated reps. seller and buyer in $8.3 million sale

A five-story commercial office loft building located in Midtown South on 20 West 30th St. near Madison Sq. Garden at 20 West 30th St., has just traded for $8.3 million, more than 50 times its $300,000 purchase price of 28 years ago. Eastern Consolidated associate broker Charlotte Fu represented both the seller, Edro Realty Co., local owners, and the buyer, 20 West 30 LLC, local investors, in the sale of the 10,522 s/f building whose 16,129 s/f of available air rights, represent more space than the existing structure. Seymour Hurwitz, Esq. represented the buyer in the sale. The seller's attorney was not disclosed.
