Fryer of G.S. Wilcox secures $7.5 million in financing

Franklin Square, NY According to G.S. Wilcox & Co., principal David Fryer has secured $7.5 million in financing for a 45,000 s/f shopping center. The site benefits from its location nearby Hempstead  Turnpike, the local area’s primary thoroughfare.

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, a correspondent life insurance company lender of the firm, financed the  loan with a 15 year term and 25 year amortization.

“This is an exciting loan refinancing for us as this property was the first loan we made with this outstanding  borrower over 20 years ago. The relationship we have shared since then has been very special to us.” said Fryer.
